To make a lodging reservation request, simply complete the form below. Please note that this form does not guarantee a reservation. A Reservation Specialist will respond to your request by phone or email within 24 hours and we will be happy to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have. Vaccinations:
For all pets entering the facility for any of our services, we require a veterinary certificate providing proof that your pet is current on required vaccinations at least seven days prior to visiting us. Dogs must have current Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Cats must have current Rabies and FVCRP vaccinations. In addition, because of our wooded environment, we strongly recommend all guests staying with us be on some form of flea and tick preventative
Please note: Dogwood Acres Pet Retreat does require a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express number with a valid expiration date to complete a reservation. You will be asked to supply this number during your confirmation process. We do have a 14-day cancellation policy. If we are not notified of a change or cancellation to your reservation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your credit card will be assessed a 2-day lodging fee.
