Our Daycare Programs range from $33 a day to $54 a day, depending on the program and package you select. The way we get started is to schedule a time for your pet to come visit. The evaluation day helps pets become acclimated to our team and helps us determine which Daycare Program will set your pet up for success!

Overnight Dog Lodging ranges from $55 to $100 per day, depending on the size of your dog, the daily schedule of activities, and the accommodation you select, while Cat Lodging is $40 to $66 per day, depending on the daily activities.

Our Reservation Specialists are here to help you customize your reservation based on your pet’s individual needs and unique characteristics. If your pet has never stayed with us, it’s important that we speak so we can learn all about your pet, and you can learn more about us.

All reservations require a $75 nonrefundable deposit per pet. This deposit will be applied to your reservation's total charges at time of check-out. Any change to the reservation without 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

If your pet has stayed with us before, you may login to our client portal by following this link. You can check or upload vaccination records, add a photo, update your credit card information, make future reservations and more.

For the health and safety of all the pets that visit us, we require all guests have proof of up-to-date Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccines from your veterinarian.

Of course! We invite you to drop by anytime our lobby is open for a personalized tour! We look forward to showing you around so you can see what sets us apart.

Tours are available Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm. We recommend arriving after 9:00am and before 5:00pm if possible, to avoid the drop off and pick up rush.

We would love to meet you and your pup, but we ask that you come tour without your pet since dogs do best if we slowly acclimate them to the new surroundings and our team. We also require proof of vaccinations before pets visit, but you are welcome to stop by for a tour anytime our lobby is open.

If you would like to go ahead and schedule a visit for your dog, we can set up an evaluation day and give you a tour when you drop-off or pick-up. Please contact us to schedule a tour.

We have so many different play yards so it may be that your pup is not within view of our webcams at this time. Please feel free to call us at (410) 798-4776 (Davidsonville) or (410) 604-9700 (Stevensville) and press (X) for the front desk. We’ll be happy to check with our pet care team and give you an update.

It is important for pets to stay on their same diet especially when away from home. If we do not carry your pet's brand of food, we encourage you to bring in your own food in packaged individual baggies by meal at no additional cost.

There is an administration fee of $3 per day for up to five prescribed medications. If your pet requires more administration, please refer to our Companion Care program.

All prescriptions must be in their original container, indicating the patient, medication name, strength, dosage, and prescribing veterinarian. Please do not bring any medication mixed in food.

Companion Care is Dogwood's specialized package for postoperative care, diabetic needs and any other significant health issues. Includes daily wellness evaluations and unlimited medication.

Yes, we offer full-service dog bathing and cat grooming services, but we do not provide haircuts. Cats can enjoy grooming options like a Wash & Wear, nail trim, and ear cleaning.

For dogs, we provide two popular grooming packages:

• Wash & Wear Bath: Includes shampoo, blow dry, a stylish bandana, and optional perfume.
• The Works Bath: A comprehensive dog grooming option that includes shampoo, blow dry, nail and pad trim, ear cleaning, brushing, anal gland expression, a bandana, and optional perfume.

We also offer a range of à la carte grooming services to cater to the specific needs of your cat or dog.
