Carrie Simpson started off as a Customer Service Representative and is now our Customer Service Manager! Her background in hospitality management and love for animals provides her with a great skillset to ensure the best quality of service from our team to our clients.

Carrie moved to Kent Island in 2019, she loves spending time with her girls and family. Outside of work, Carrie is a full time soccer and sports mom. She enjoys reading, going on bike rides, and having pool days and cook outs with her girls.
